Ledger Financial Systems, Inc. provides a financial operations platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and product.
Account details you provide (name, work email, company), product usage and diagnostic data, and the financial data you connect. We collect only what the service needs to function.
To operate and secure the service, to support you, to reconcile and close on your behalf, and to communicate about your account. We do not sell your data, and we never use your financial data to train models.
We process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and where you consent. We share data only with the subprocessors listed on our security page, under contract.
You may choose US or EU residency. We retain data for the life of your account and as required by law, then delete or anonymise it on request.
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights; we respond within statutory timelines.
