Terms of Service
This placeholder agreement sets out terms for using Ledger. Replace it with your own, reviewed by counsel, before you launch.
By using Ledger you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to this agreement.
We provide the platform on a subscription basis. We may improve or change features over time, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.
You are responsible for your account, your users, and the accuracy of the data you connect. You agree to use Ledger lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will notify you before any price change at renewal.
You retain ownership of your data. We protect it as described in our privacy and security documentation, and treat your confidential information as our own.
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out here. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits.
You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of your term. We may suspend or terminate for breach, and will let you export your data on exit.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Have your lawyer review and adapt this document before relying on it.
